玻璃钢水处理罐自动贴标机试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对水处理玻璃钢自动贴标机中覆标机构的角度、贴标角度以及贴标机的行程进行试验研究。得到了覆标机构角度及行程与标签剥离力之间的关系以及贴标角度与标签表面皱褶数目之间的关系。试验结果表明在覆标机构角度在60°~75°之间,贴标机行程大于50 mm时,标签能够牢固地粘接在罐体的表面。贴标角度小于30°时,标签表面皱褶数目较少,贴标效果良好。试验结果初步验证了自动贴标机方案的可行性,为自动贴标机构贴标过程中覆标机构及剥标机构安装位置以及角度调整提供了试验数据支持。 The angle of the labeling mechanism,the labeling angle and the stroke of the labeling machine in automatic labeling machine for FRP water treatment tank were studied experimentally.The relationship between the angle and the stroke of the labeling mechanism and label stripping force and the relationship between the labeling angle and the number of wrinkles on the label surface were obtained.The experimental results show that when the angle of the labeling mechanism is between 60° and 75° and the stroke of the labeling machine is more than 50 mm,the label can be firmly bonded on the surface of the tank body.When the labeling angle is less than 30°,the number of wrinkles on the label surface is less,and the labeling effect is good.Theexperimental results preliminarily verified the feasibility of the scheme of the automatic labeling machine,and provide the experimental data support for the installation position and angle adjustment of the labeling mechanism and the label stripping mechanism during the labeling process of the automatic labeling mechanism.
