摘要
目的:观察小续命汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:收集许昌市人民医院神经内科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予小续命汤联合针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:小续命汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后肢体功能障碍,能改善患者神经功能,提高患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Minor Life-Prolonging Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy on limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Xuchang People's Hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western symptomatic medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Minor Life-Prolonging Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the neurological deficit score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions found in the two groups during the treatment course.Conclusion:In terms of treating limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction,Minor Life-Prolonging Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy can improve the nerve function of patients,enhance their quality of life,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
