摘要
肺癌是一种低分化的恶性肿瘤,是严重危害人们健康的一种常见疾病。肺癌患者经手术治疗后的5年生存率很低,所以现阶段临床上治疗肺癌患者的主要方法为早期诊断和筛查,早期发现和治疗能有效改善肺癌患者的5年生存率。低剂量螺旋CT(LDCT)是目前临床早期筛查肺癌的重要手段,具有辐射低、检出率高、误差小、安全性高等优点。该文主要就低剂量螺旋CT(LDCT)在早期肺癌筛查中的应用作以下综述。
Lung cancer is a poorly differentiated malignant tumor and a common disease that seriously harms people's health.The 5-year survival rate of lung cancer patients after surgical treatment is very low,so the main method of clinical treatment of lung cancer patients at this stage is early diagnosis and screening.Early detection and treatment can effectively improve the 5-year survival rate of lung cancer patients.Low-dose spiral CT(LDCT)is an important method for early clinical screening of lung cancer.It has the advantages of low radiation,high detection rate,small error,and high safety.This article reviews the application of low-dose spiral CT(LDCT)in early lung cancer screening.
