摘要
目的:建立代代花药材中4种二氢黄酮类成分芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的一测多评法,验证该方法在代代花质量分析中应用的准确性和可行性。方法:以柚皮苷为内标,分别建立柚皮苷与芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的相对校正因子,采用相对校正因子计算各成分的质量分数。同时用外标法测定代代花中4种二氢黄酮的量,并比较计算值与实测值的差异,以验证一测多评法的可行性与科学性。结果:各相对校正因子重复性良好,一测多评法与外标法测定结果无显著差异。结论:以柚皮苷为内标同时测定代代花中芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的一测多评法可用于代代花的定量分析。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of four dihydroflavones (narirutin, naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin) in Flos Aurantii Amarae quantitative analysis of multi- components by single marker (QAMS). Methods: Three relative correction factors (RCFs) of narirutin, hesperidin and neohesperidin were established in the HPLC method with naringin as the internal standard substance (IS), which were used to calculate the mass fractions of each. The contents of four dihydroflavones were determined by the external standard method (ESM) at the same time. Compared with the content results determined by the ESM and the QAMS, the feasibility and accuracy of the QAMS method were verified. Results: The reproducibility of RCF was perfect. The results calculated with the QAMS were consistent with the results by the ESM. Conclusion: The method with a single marker, using naringin as the IS, is accurate and feasible for the quantitative analysis of 3 other dihydroflavones in Flos Aurantii Amarae.
