摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗心血瘀阻证冠脉血运重建后胸痛(心绞痛)的临床疗效。方法将冠脉血运重建后胸痛住院患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组各50例。2组都给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,疗程14 d。14 d后对2组治疗前后及2组间心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心电图改善情况、中医证候疗效进行观察比较。结果治疗后2组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间明显优于治疗前(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者心电图改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加减在预防和治疗冠脉血运重建后胸痛具有良好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chest pain(angina pectoris)after coronary heart disease revascularization.Methods The patients with chest pain after coronary revascularization were divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of this treatment for 14 days.After 14 days,the number,duration,improvement of electrocardiogram and TCM syndrome efficacy of angina pectoris were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The number and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of electrocardiogram in the two groups was statistically different.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome of the treatment group was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of western medicine has a good effect in preventing and treating chest pain after coronary revascularization.
