摘要
目的:分析半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压的疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治痰湿壅盛型高血压患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组予以常规西医保守治疗;研究组予以半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血压水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压,可提高临床疗效,对控制血压水平具有显著效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,100 hypertension patients of Tan Shi Yong Sheng Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine conservative treatment.The study group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure level after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension can improve the clinical effect,and control the blood pressure level more significantly.
