摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣HPV分型与光动力疗效的关系。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月本院门诊收治的尖锐湿疣患者90例,随机分为电灼组与光动力组,各45例。电灼组采用电灼治疗,光动力组采用光动力治疗,比较两组患者疗程结束后第1个月、第3个月、第6个月痊愈率、有效率、无反应率及不同HPV分型患者的复发情况。结果两组患者疗程结束后第1、3、6个月痊愈率均逐渐升高(P<0.05),无反应率均逐渐降低(P<0.05),但有效率比较差异均无统计学意义;疗程结束后第1、3、6个月光动力组患者的痊愈率均显著高于电灼组(P<0.05),无反应率均显著低于电灼组(P<0.05),但两组患者有效率变化比较差异均无统计学意义。电灼组HPV低危型患者的复发率显著低于高危型(P<0.05),但光动力组HPV高危型与低危型患者的复发率比较差异无统计学意义;光动力组HPV高危型、低危型患者的复发率均显著低于电灼组(P<0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣HPV分型与光动力疗效密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between HPV classification of condyloma acuminatum and photodynamic efficacy.Methods 90 patients with condyloma acuminatum selected in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into electric bright group and photodynamic group,with 45 cases in each group,and electric bright treatment was used in electric bright group.The first month,3 months,6 months cure rate,effective,and no response rate,recurrence in patients with different HPV types were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The recovery rate in the first month,the third month and the sixth month after the completion of the course of treatment in the two groups was gradually increased(P<0.05),and the non-response rate was gradually decreased(P<0.05),but the change in the effective rate was not significant difference.At the end of the first month,the third month and the sixth month after the course of treatment,the recovery rate of the patients in the photodynamic group was significantly higher than that in the electrocautery group(P<0.05),and the rate of no response was significantly lower than that in the electrocautery group(P<0.05),but the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was not significant.The recurrence rate of low-risk HPV patients in the electrocautery group was significantly lower than that in the high-risk HPV patients(P<0.05),but the difference between the recurrence rate of high-risk HPV patients and low-risk HPV patients in the photodynamic group was not significant.The recurrence rate of HPV in the photodynamic group was significantly lower than that in the electrocautery group(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV classification of condyloma acuminatum is closely related to photodynamic efficacy.
