摘要
由于调距桨能改变螺距,因而它与定距桨相比,有经济性较好、提高船舶的机动性和操纵性和有利于推进装置驱动辅助负载等优点.在具备上述优点的同时,其存在桨和轴系复杂,工作油压高,结合密封面多,容易引起漏泄,制造工艺要求高,因此造价较高等缺点[1].通过本次事故分析,为船舶监造和船级社审图人员在今后工作提供借鉴.
Compared with the fixed pitch propeller,it has the advantages of better economy,higher maneuverability and maneuverability,and is beneficial to the propulsion device to drive the auxiliary load.In addition to the above advantages,there are complex OARS and shafting,high working oil pressure,combined with the sealing surface,easy to cause leakage,high manufacturing process requirements,so the cost is higher.Based on the analysis of the accident,it can be used for reference in the future work of ship supervision and classification society.
