摘要
为了提高脉冲中子全谱测井的统计精度,设计了一种基于溴化镧晶体的高效伽马能谱采集系统。对探测器原始信号进行前置放大、极零相消、S-K滤波成形、增益调节等电路调理,用较少的滤波成形级数得到准高斯波形;通过高速数字化多道脉冲幅度分析电路对数据快速处理,能够采集到分辨率更高的能谱曲线。现场试验结果表明,使用溴化镧探测器的高效脉冲中子全谱测井仪分辨率更高,含油饱和度解释结果与取心结果一致,剩余油解释结果精度更精确。
In order to improve the statistical accuracy of pulsed neutron full-spectrum logging,an efficient gamma energy spectrum acquisition system based on lanthanum bromide crystals was designed.After the original signal of the detector was conditioned with pre-amplifier,pole-zero cancellation,S-K filter forming and gain adjustment,etc.,quasi-Gaussian waveforms were obtained with less filtering shaping stages.Through quick processing to the data using high-speed digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analysis circuit,higher-resolution energy spectrum curve was collected.The field test results show that the high-efficiency pulsed neutron full spectrum logging tool using a lanthanum bromide detector has advantages in that the resolution is higher,the interpretation result of oil saturation is consistent with the coring result,and the interpretation accuracy of remaining oil is more accurate.
