Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to analyze the influencing factors of malnutrition. Methods From July 2015 to August 2016,it selected advanced non-small cell patients in our hospital as the study object. In this study, the nutritional status of the selected patients was investigated and evaluated by general situation questionnaire and patients subjective overall assessment scale(PG-SGA).Results Of 270 patients with advanced NSCLC,172(63.7%)had malnutrition(PG-SGA B+PG-SGA C),while 55(20.4%)had severe malnutrition(PG-SGA C).The nutritional status of NSCLC patients with different age, clinical stages,KPS scores and BMI was abnormal, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage,KPS score and BMI were the factors affecting the nutritional status of NSCLC patients. Conclusion From this study,we can see that 63.7%of the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer suffer from malnutrition, which is poor.It is necessary to carry out nutrition assessment as early as possible in clinical practice and intervene according to the actual situation. The main causes of malnutrition in non-small cell lung cancer patients are clinical stage,KPS score and BMI.
