摘要
采用高温固相法制备了Hf掺杂的La2Ce2-xHfxO7质子导体,研究了Hf掺杂对La2Ce2O7相组成、微观形貌、硬度和电性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着Hf掺杂量增加试样晶粒尺寸逐渐变小,试样硬度逐渐增大,电导率逐渐降低。在氢气气氛中样品的电导率高于空气中的电导率。在700℃时,La2Ce1.9Hf0.1O7试样在湿润氢气中的电导率为4.86×10^-3S·cm^-1,而在湿润空气中的电导率为3.66×10^-3S·cm^-1。Hf取代Ce存在一个上限,其固溶限在x=0.4~0.45之间。
Hf-doped La 2Ce 2-x Hf xO 7 proton conductors were prepared by high temperature solid phase method.The effects of Hf doping on the phase composition,morphology,hardness and electrical properties of La2Ce2O7 sample were studied.The results show that as Hf doping amount increases,the grain size of the sample gradually decreases,hardness of the sample increase gradually and the conductivities lower.The conductivity in hydrogen atmosphere is higher than that in air.At 700℃,the conductivity of the La 2Ce 1.9 Hf 0.1 O 7 sample in humid hydrogen is 4.86×10^-3 S·cm^-1,which is higher than 3.66×10^-3 S·cm^-1 in humid air.A solid solubility limit of Hf doping in La2Ce2O7 exists,which is between 0.4~0.45.
