摘要
为提高贫燃料燃烧预混低排放燃烧室燃烧稳定性,研究值班火焰对燃烧室工作特性的影响,对国产某型燃烧室进行了模化燃烧试验。试验测试了值班火焰熄灭、贫燃料预混燃烧、富燃料半扩散燃烧状态下,燃烧室各性能参数。分析试验结果发现值班路燃料增加,燃烧稳定性提升,NOx排放升高,出口均匀性变差,壁面温度降低。并据此绘制1.0工况燃烧室特性线,得到合理工作区间,可以在满足燃烧室设计要求同时达到NOx和CO排放均低于30 mg/m3(15%O2),已达到国际领先水平。试验测定,在0.5工况时,值班火焰可以拓宽贫燃料燃烧熄火边界50%以上。
In order to improve the stabilization of lean premix low emission combustor,and study the influence of central pilot flame on combustor characteristics,an internal combustor is numerically simulated.The emission performance,the outlet temperature distribution and other parameters with pilot combustion section in fuel-lean flame,fuel-rich flame and flame out were compared.According to the results,the flame is more stable,NOx emission and OTDF is increased,temperature of tube wall is decreased with the higher pilot flame temperature.Combustor performance chart is determined,and the optimal partition range of fuel is identified,and then the combustor performance can meet the requirement of the gas turbine with adequate fuel partition in pilot fame and main flame,and the NOx and CO emission are both under 30 mg/m3(15%O2).Under 0.5 working condition,the lean flameout boundary can be widened by 50% with the central pilot flame.
