摘要
目的观察老年重症心力衰竭患者护理中实施急诊内科优质护理的临床效果。方法选择我院老年重症心力衰竭患者实施此次研究,例数为80例,时间为2017年4月至2018年4月,根据抽签法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组使用急诊内科优质护理,对照组使用常规护理,比较两组患者临床效果。结果两组护理前BNP、LVEF水平比较无显著差异,护理后观察组BNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%(P<0.05)。结论将急诊内科优质护理用于老年重症心力衰竭患者护理中,可提升患者治疗效果,临床应用及推广价值极高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of emergency medical quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods The elderly patients with severe heart failure in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The number of cases was 80.The time was from April 2017 to April 2018.According to the drawing method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The observation group used high-quality medical care in emergency department,and the control group used routine nursing to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results There were no signifi cant differences in BNP and LVEF levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the BNP was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emergency medical quality nursing for the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure can improve the treatment effect of patients,and the clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
