平抑风电功率波动的储能容量配置 被引量:24

摘要 风力发电因其波动性大、随机性,如果不对其波动进行平抑,会对电网形成冲击。采用功率型与能量型的混合储能系统对风电的波动进行平抑,提高了并网电能质量。通过小波包方法对原始信号分解,分解出波动率小的低频部分(即低频)直接并网;波动率次之的部分(即次高频)由蓄电池进行处理;波动率最大的部分(即最高频)由超级电容处理。利用高斯分布对高频信号的数理概率统计,从而计算出最优的混合储能系统的功率和容量。算例分析表明,风电出力波动得到了很好地平抑。 Wind power is characteristic of high fluctuation and randomness,and if its fluctuation is not suppressed,it would have strong impacts on the power grid connected.In this paper,the hybrid energy storage of power type and energy type is used to suppressed the fluctuation and stabilize wind power to improve the power quality of the grid-connected power system.The original signal is decomposed by wavelet packet method,and the low frequency part decomposed(i.e.low frequency)with low fluctuation is directly connected to the grid,and the second part(sub-high frequency)is processed by the battery,while the part with largest fluctuation(i.e.the highest frequency)is handled by the super capacitor.The power and capacity of the optimal hybrid energy storage system can be calculated by using the mathematical probability statistics of Gaussian distribution for high frequency signals.The example analysis shows that the wind power output fluctuation can be well suppressed.
