大型立式轴流泵装置水力模型比选分析 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】探讨水泵选型方法的合理性。【方法】基于雷诺时均N-S方程和RNG k-ε紊流模型,以立式轴流泵为研究对象,采用传统选型方法和等扬程加大流量的选型方法,运用CFD软件对2种水力模型的泵装置进行全流道数值计算,增加泵装置外特性和不同工况下导叶流线分布作为分析水泵选型方法的参考指标。然后对水力模型选择的可靠性进行模型试验验证。【结果】传统选型方法所选的模型,泵装置高效区扬程偏高,但考虑到涵洞损失,可以应用在该泵站中。等扬程加流量的选型方法高效区合理,但最高扬程不能满足要求。数值计算与模型试验的结果对比最大误差小于5%,整体性能曲线的趋势相对良好,数值计算对泵装置的模拟合理可靠。【结论】选用等扬程加大流量的选型方法可保证轴流泵最高效率点与设计点接近,在实际工程中,需兼顾各个特征扬程。 【Objective】Selecting vertical axial flow pump is an important step in studying water pump technology transformation,and a robust selection is critical for efficient,stable and safe operation of the pumping station.This paper aims to present a numerical method to help select the pump.【Method】The method was based on the time-averaged NS equation and the RNG k-εturbulence model to simulate water flow in the vertical axial flow pump.We compared the traditional selection method and the method of increasing flow with equal head.The pump device performs numerical calculation of the full flow channel,and the external characteristics of the pump device and the guide vane flow line distribution under different operating conditions are added as a reference index for analyzing the pump selection method.The reliability of the hydraulic models was verified again the model tests.【Result】The model selected by the traditional selection method had a high head in the high-efficiency zone of the pump,but considering the loss of the culvert at the back,it can be applied to the pumping station.The selection method of equal head and flow rate is reasonable in the high efficiency area,but the maximum head cannot meet the requirement.The maximum error between numerical calculation and the results of the model test is less than 5%,and the overall performance curve is relatively good.The numerical calculation is reasonable and reliable for simulating the pump device.【Conclusion】The selection method of increasing the flow rate by equal heads can ensure that the highest efficiency point of the axial flow pump is close to the design.Practical engineering design needs to consider each characteristic head.
