摘要
概述了生物冶金过程中嗜酸性浸矿微生物的类群,主要简述四种常用浸矿细菌:嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌、嗜酸性氧化硫硫杆菌、嗜酸性嗜铁钩端螺旋菌以及Acidocella sp.菌属。重点综述了生物冶金技术及其应用的研究进展,最后对生物冶金的发展方向进行了展望。
This paper summarizes the groups of acidophilic Leaching microorganisms in the process of bio-metallurgy,and mainly describes four kinds of commonly used leach bacteria:acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,acidithiobacillus thiooxidans,acidophilic Leptospirillum ferrooxidans and Acidocella Sp..The research progress of bio-metallurgy technology and its application is reviewed.Finally,the Development Direction of bio-metallurgy is prospected.
