摘要
环形二氧化铀芯块在提高反应堆功率密度上有诸多优势,本实验以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为凝胶体系,对环形UO 2燃料芯块进行了凝胶注模成型,研究了该体系下pH值、固相含量对浆料粘度的影响规律,同时研究了单体/交联剂比例、预混液/引发剂比例对料浆凝胶固化的影响。在此基础上,进行了环形UO 2燃料芯块注模成型,并对生坯芯块进行了干燥与烧结。结果表明:pH=9.5、固相含量为58vol%时,能制备出高固相含量、低粘度的UO2陶瓷浆料;当单体/交联剂质量比为15/1、预混液/引发剂体积比为100/2时,凝胶固化效果最好。本工作还制备了壁厚分别为2.5 mm和1.5 mm的环形芯块生坯,其烧结后的壁厚分别为2.0 mm和1.2 mm左右;烧结密度、晶粒尺寸等指标满足技术要求。
Annular uranium dioxide pellets have many advantages in increasing reactor power density.In this paper The Annular Uranium dioxide fuel pellets is gel-mould cast with N-methylolacry system.The influence of pH value and solid phase content on the viscosity of the slurry was stu-died.At the same time,the effect of monomer/crosslinker ratio,premix/initiator ratio on slurry gel solidification was studied.On this basis,the annular UO2 fuel pellets were prepared by gel-casting,and the green pellets were dried and sintered.The results show that when the solid content is 58vol%,pH=9.5,it can prepare high-solid content and low viscosity UO 2 ceramic slurry.When the mass ratio of monomer/crosslinker is 15/1,the premix/initiator volume ratio is 100/2,gel curing processing is best.The annular pellet green body with wall thickness of 2.5 mm and 1.5 mm was prepared,and the wall thickness after sintering was 2.0 mm and 1.2 mm respectively;the indexes such as sintered density and grain size met the technical requirements.
