摘要
该文设计一种具有稳定性容错能力的两相混合式步进电机驱动电路。它在传统的双H桥驱动电路中增加了冗余桥臂,虽然小幅增加硬件成本,但大幅增强其容错能力。详细分析主电路拓扑,并给出正常运行工况的控制框图。为验证所提方案的可行性,利用TI控制器TMS320F28335搭建试验台架。实验样机验证所设计电路的部分功能。
A fault-tolerant drive circuit for two phase hybrid stepping motor is designed.Although the hardware cost raises,the double H-bridge driving circuits have largely improved ability of permitting the mistakes by adding redundant bridge arm.This paper analyzes the topology of the main circuit in detail,and gives the block diagram of its normal operation.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme,the test bench is built with TI controller TMS320F28335.A part of function of the designed circuits is validated by the prototype.
