摘要 天轮在深井提升系统中是一个关键运行部件,主要起承载力和导向的作用。由于天轮是运转轮体,考虑到自身不易安装传感器,提出了基于线结构光的机器视觉非接触式天轮偏摆实时监测方案。运用机器视觉处理技术,线激光照射在运转天轮上,将摄像机实时拍摄的图像传输到Labview软件中的图像模块进行图像处理,然后通过嵌套在Labview中的Matlab程序完成线结构光提取以及偏摆测量,并将测量数据实时显示形成曲线图并保存,从而达到实时监测天轮偏摆故障的目的。 Head sheave is a key operating component in deep shaft hoisting system,which mainly plays the role of bearing capacity and guidance. It is not easy to install sensors on head sheave as it is a running wheel,so a real-time monitoring scheme for head sheave yaw based on line structured light is proposed. In this paper,machine vision processing technology is used to irradiate the line laser on the rotating wheel. The real-time image captured by the camera is transmitted to the image module of Lab View software for image processing. Then the line structured light is extracted and the yaw is measured by the MATLAB program embedded in Lab View,and the measured data is displayed in real time to form a curve. Line diagram is saved,to achieve real-time monitoring of head sheave yaw fault.
