摘要
目的:观察并探讨精确放射治疗技术在老年肿瘤患者临床治疗中的价值。方法:时间限定为2017年10月到2019年10月,将此期间与我院治疗的98例老年肿瘤患者临床资料为研究对象,利用Excel表格将其等分,实施常规放射治疗的设置为对照组,实施精确放射治疗的设置为研究组,将两组治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率作为对比指标。结果:研究组治疗有效率为85.71%,明显高于对照组的55.10%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为67.35%,研究组不良反应发生率为38.78%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肿瘤患者实施精准放射治疗能够有效提升治疗有效率、减少不良反应发生情况,应在更大范围推广。
Objective To explore the value of precise radiotherapy technology in the clinical treatment of elderly tumor patients.Methods Using the excel form,the 98 elderly patients with cancer who came to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were evenly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 49 cases.Patients in the control group received conventional radiation therapy,and patients in the study group received precise radiation therapy,then comparative analysis of the effectiveness of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions within two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 55.10%,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 67.35%,and in the study group was 38.78%,which has statistical significane(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of precision radiation therapy for elderly tumor patients can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which can be promoted on a wider scale.
