高阻隔性助剂应用于纸张耐液性的探讨

摘要 通过分析浆内施胶与不施胶、酸性施胶与中性施胶和化工助剂添加顺序对高阻隔性助剂性能的影响,确定在酸性施胶、添加湿强剂而不加填料系统中,先添加高阻隔性助剂可使纸张的吸水性降低。当阳离子松香胶用量1.0%、湿强剂用量0.2%和高阻隔性助剂用量0.25%时,纸张吸水性22.8g/m^2;随着高阻隔性助剂用量从0.25%增加到1.25%,纸张吸水性下降22.8%,边渗透下降28.4%,湿强度和抗张指数提升,纸张的耐液性增加,从而满足纸张在纸吸管、纸杯等领域使用的需要。 Through the analysis of the influence of sizing and non-sizing in pulp,acid sizing and neutral sizing,and chemical additives adding sequence on the performance of high barrier additives,it is determined that in the system of acid sizing and adding wet strength agent without filler,adding high barrier additives first can reduce the water absorption of paper.When the dosage of cationic rosin,wet strength agent and high barrier agent were 1.0%,0.2%and 0.25%,the water absorption of paper is 22.8g/m^2.With the increase of the amount of high barrier additives from 0.25%to 1.25%,the water absorption of paper decreased by 22.8%,the raw edge penetration decreased by 28.4%,the wet strength and tensile index increased,and the liquid resistance of paper increased,so as to meet the needs of paper in the fields of paper suction pipe,paper cup,etc.
