摘要
文章根据洗涤剂中烷基苯酚(AP)及烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)的特性,建立了一种纺织加工洗涤剂中AP和APEO含量测定的超声萃取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。萃取溶剂为甲醇,样品经超声萃取后,采用液相色谱梯度洗脱分离,荧光检测器测定并用外标法定量。该方法操作简单、重现性好、耗时短,在具有常规液相色谱仪和超声萃取仪的实验室均能完成分析,具有很好的实用性。
Based on the characteristics of alkylphenol(AP)and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(APEO)in detergents,an ultrasonic extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method has been developed for the determination of AP and APEO in textile processing detergents.The sample was extracted with ultrasonic extraction by using methanol as an extracting agent,and then the gradient elution separation and analysis was carried out by liquid chromatography,and quantified by the external standard method with fluorescence detector.This method is simple,good reproducibility and time-saving;and it also has good practicability since it can be used in laboratories that only have a conventional liquid chromatography and an ultrasonic extractor.
