摘要
临床病理科住院医师规范化培训作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是提高病理医师素质、培养高质量人才必不可少的重要阶段。武汉大学中南医院病理科自2016年起在住院医师培训过程中实行导师制,实践证明,实行导师制的教学模式有助于住院医师在有限的时间内提高培训质量、完成培训目标。在培训过程中导师需要一对一具体负责指导住院医师的临床实践活动,承担住院医师培养责任,为住院医师制订个体化学习计划及目标,带教内容包括:理论知识、临床诊断、医学人文及医学伦理学培训及临床课题研究的指导,并定期对住院医师进行考核。同时,需要对导师的教学质量进行实时控制,进行教学技能培训及考核评价,才能切实提高教学质量,为培养高质量的临床病理医师奠定坚实的基础。
As part of post-graduate medical education, the standardized residency training of clinical pathology is essential to improve the quality of pathologists and fulfill the needs of these ever-changing requirements of top pathologists. The Department of Pathology, Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University has implemented the tutorial system in residency training since 2016. It has been proved that the implementation of the tutorial system can help to improve the training quality and make the residents complete their training goals within the limited time. During the training process, the tutors need to take responsibilities for the residents in the programs, training them, guiding their clinical practice activities, and making their own individualized learning plans and objectives for each student. The teaching contents include: theoretical knowledge, clinical diagnosis, medical humanities and medical ethics training and guidance of clinical research. They are also required to make timely assessment on trainees. At the same time, it is necessary to track the real-time control of the tutor’ s teaching quality. Training and evaluation of teaching skills are needed to improve the teaching quality and lay a solid foundation for training high-quality pathologists.
