摘要
医学教育的改革历程是伴随着对自主学习重要性认识的不断提高的过程。院校教育是塑造自主学习的关键阶段,而提升自主学习能力也是未来教学改革的重要方向。与自主学习相关的教育学理论主要包括行为学习理论、建构主义理论和成人学习理论等。目前我国医学教育存在的能力培养时间和空间不足、课程改革相对滞后、教学理念转变难度较大等问题都影响了自主学习能力的培养。为提升自主学习能力,应该在课程整合和基于问题的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)、批判性思维的培养及教育资源的建设方面加大投入,并根据教学对象和学习内容的不同,在医学教育的各个阶段利用不同的措施与方法促进自主学习能力的提升。
With reform of medical education,the importance of self-directed learning is gradually awared.Undergraduate medical education is an important stage to shape the students’self-directed learning ability.Meanwhile,the improvement of self-directed learning ability is an important direction for future education reform.The educational theories related to self-directed learning mainly include behavioral learning theory,constructivism theory and adult learning theory,etc.Currently,the problems exist in Chinese medical education,which mainly include the shortage of time and space in ability training,the hysteretic curriculum reform and hard transition of teaching ideas,have a great impact on the cultivation of self-directed learning ability.In order to improve the students’ability of self-directed learning,we should invest more in curriculum integration and problem-based learning(PBL),critical thinking training and the construction of educational resources,and apply different measures and methods to improve of self-directed learning ability at every stage of medical education according to the different teaching objects and learning contents.
