摘要
针对电机模态不一致问题,进行了接触面积参数不确定电机模态的研究.基于确定性模型建立了接触面积参数不确定电机模态计算的Kriging代理模型,并结合Monte Carlo法进行了电机模态均值对接触面积参数均值的灵敏度分析.研究结果表明,定子铁芯与前端盖接触面积对电机一、二阶椭圆模态、四阶三角形模态的影响最大,对电机三阶三角形模态影响最大的是爪极与线圈接触面积,同时定子铁芯与绕组接触面积对电机一阶椭圆模态、三、四阶三角形模态都有影响.研究结果可为电机模态不一致问题的解决提供依据.
Aimed at the inconsistency problem of motor modal,this paper studied the influence of the uncertaincontact area parameters on the motor modal.A Kriging surrogate model for the motor modal with uncertaincontact area parameters was built based on the certainmodel.Based on Monte Carlo method,this modelwas used to analyze the sensitivity of the contact area parameters’mean value which affect the motor modal mean.The results show that the contact area between the stator core and the front cover have a greatest effect on the first,second order elliptic modaland the fourth order triquetrous modal;the maximum influence factor of the third ordertriquetrousmodal is the contact area between the claw pole and the coil.Meanwhile,the contact area between the stator core and the winding all influence the first order elliptic modal,third andthe fourth ordertriquetrous modal.The research results can provide a basis for solving the inconsistencyproblem of the motor modal.
