摘要
虚实夹杂贯穿肺癌疾病的始终,不同医家在治疗肺癌过程中对于扶正或是祛邪各有侧重。现代许多医家在对肺癌病因病机深刻认识和长期临床实践的基础上结合现代医学理论创制出治疗肺癌的经验专方,临床研究证实,其具有抑制肿瘤增长,减轻肿瘤负荷;控制肿瘤转移,延长患者生存期;增强西药效果,减轻不良反应;改善患者免疫,增强患者体质;提高生活质量,防治并发症;减轻术后症状,防止术后复发等作用。实验研究表明,其具有抑制肿瘤细胞播散和转移;配合西药减毒增效,降低耐药性;促进细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤增殖;调节免疫功能,抑制炎症反应等作用。
Intermingled deficiency and excess runs through the whole process of lung cancer.In the treatment of lung cancer,different doctors have different emphasis on strengthening healthy qi or removing pathogenic factors.On the basis of deep understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer and long-term clinical practice combined with modern medical knowledge,many modern doctors have created some special prescriptions for the treatment of lung cancer.Clinical research has proved that they can inhibit tumor growth,reduce tumor load,control tumor metastasis,prolong the survival period of patients,enhance the effect of Western medicine,reduce toxic and side effects,improve patients′immunity,enhance patients′physique,improve the quality of life,prevent and cure complications,relieve postoperative symptoms and prevent postoperative recurrence.Experimental study has shown that they can inhibit the spread and metastasis of tumor cells,reduce drug resistance,promote cell apoptosis,inhibit tumor proliferation,regulate immune function,and inhibit inflammatory response and so on.Although these prescriptions have achieved good therapeutic effect in clinical practice,their mechanism of action needs further exploration and research.
