摘要
目的分析福州市学龄前儿童维生素A(Vit A)缺乏与反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的相关性,探讨其缺乏的影响因素。方法随机选择150例RRI为实验组,150例健康儿为对照组,采用高效液相色谱法测定Vit A水平。比较两组Vit A水平差异情况,分析性别、年龄、居住环境、体质指数评分、父母文化程度、父母职业、家庭收入、膳食均衡情况、饮奶情况、现患呼吸道感染情况、脂肪吸收实验等因素与Vit A缺乏的相关性。结果RRI组Vit A缺乏发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。单因素及多因素logistic回归分析,饮奶状况、膳食均衡、脂肪吸收实验、现患呼吸道感染是引起儿童Vit A缺乏的独立危险因素。结论福州市学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染与Vit A缺乏存在明显相关性,而Vit A缺乏与饮奶状况、膳食均衡、脂肪吸收实验、现患呼吸道感染等因素有关,应加强对儿童科学喂养知识的教育,定期监测并适时适量补充。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between vitamin A deficiency and repeated respiratory tract infection(RRI) in preschool children in Fuzhou,and to explore the influencing factors of vitamin A(Vit A) deficiency.METHODS 150 patients with RRI were randomly selected as the experimental group and 150 healthy children as the control group.The difference of Vit A level between the two groups was compared.Gender,age,living environment,body mass index score,parents′ education level,parents′ occupation,family income,diet balance,milk intake,current respiratory tract infection,fat absorption test and other factors were analyzed to determine the correlation between factors and Vit A.RESULTS The incidence of Vit A deficiency in the RRI group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that milk intake,diet balance,fat absorption test and present respiratory infection were independent risk factors for Vit A deficiency in children.CONCLUSION There is an obvious correlation between recurrent respiratory tract infection and Vit A deficiency in preschool children in Fuzhou,while Vit A deficiency was mainly related to dietary balance,milk consumption,respiratory tract infection and fat absorption.The education of children′s scientific feeding knowledge should be strengthened,Vit A should be monitored regularly and supplemented with appropriate amount at the right time.
