摘要
文章总结了微信健康教育方式在新型冠状病毒肺炎(英文名称修订为“COVID-19”,简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间对于慢性肾衰竭患者应急管理的应用。医护人员坚持“预防为主”的原则,在原有延续护理的基础上,利用微信平台,开展有针对性的健康教育,特别强调加强自我监测和科学防疫,指导患者掌握随访及就诊的流程。同时,密切关注慢性肾衰竭患者心理健康问题,使患者能正确进行常规诊治及随访就医。该应用取得良好效果,使得慢性肾衰竭患者未发生感染事件。
This paper summarizes the application of WeChat health education method to the emergency manage⁃ment of patients with chronic renal failure during the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Medical staff adhere to the"prevention-oriented"principle,and use WeChat to carry out targeted health educa⁃tion on the basis of the original continuous nursing.Special emphasis is placed on strengthening self-monitoring and scientific epidemic prevention,and guiding patients to master the process of follow-up and consultation.At the same time,medical staff pay close attention to the mental health of patients with chronic renal failure,so that patients can properly have routine treatment and follow-up medical treatment.The application achieved good results,and no infection occurred in patients with chronic renal failure.
