摘要 当前多高层不断建设,产生的能耗越来越多,加剧了能源危机。为此提出研究基于能耗优化的多高层建筑形态规划模型,从调整建筑形态的角度减少能耗。首先在获得建筑类型、建筑结构、平面形式、层高、窗墙面积比等数据基础上,构建建筑基准模型;然后,采用DOE-2软件和度日法对建筑能耗进行模拟;最后,根据上述结果,在BIM平台上进行多高层建筑形态规划调整,实现建筑节能优化。仿真结果表明:根据本文方法对该模型进行规划调整后,建筑节能率降低了26.68%,证明本模型的规划更有效,更能节约建筑能源消耗。 With the continuous construction of multi-storey and high-rise buildings, more and more energy consumptions aggravate the energy crisis. Therefore, a multi-storey and high-rise building morphological planning model based on energy consumption optimization was put forward. In order to reduce energy consumption, it was necessary to adjust the building forms. Firstly, building benchmark model was constructed based on building type, building structure, plane form, storey height and window to wall ratio. Then, the building energy consumption was simulated by DOE-2 software and degree-day method. According to the above results, multi-storey and high-rise building shape planning was adjusted on BIM platform, and thus to realize the building energy-saving optimization. Simulation results show that the energy saving rate of buildings is reduced by 26.68% after the model is adjusted by the proposed method. Therefore, the planning of the proposed model is more effective and more energy efficient.
