陕西省榆林市2018年市售食品中化学污染物监测结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解榆林市市售食品中化学污染物现况,发现食品安全监管中的重点食品、重点污染物和重点环节,为监管部门制定科学、可行的监管策略与措施提供依据。方法在榆林市12个县、市、区采集市售食品,定量检测各类化学污染物,分析检测结果。结果小型餐饮店、农贸市场、商店、网店共采集15类56种197份样品,检测元素、农药、兽药、食品添加剂共85项化学污染物,检出111份,总检出率为56.35%。农贸市场采集的鸡蛋中强力霉素超标1份、平菇中总汞超标1份,商店采集的鸡蛋中总汞超标1份,其余194份合格,总合格率为98.48%。结论榆林市食品化学污染物的安全风险较高,但处于可控制的水平。需增加市售食品和餐饮店的采样数量,加强食品化学污染物的监测与监管。 Objective To know the situation of chemical contamination of food in Yulin and to find out the foods,contamination and links in food safety supervision,so as to provide the basis for the regulatory authorities to formulate scientific and feasible regulatory strategies and measures.Methods The market food in Yulin were collected from 12 counties,cities and districts.Various kinds of chemical contaminations were quantitatively detected,and analyzed.Results A total of 197 samples of 15 categories and 56 kinds were collected from small restaurants,agricultural markets,market stores and online stores.Totally 85 chemical contaminations were detected,including elements,pesticides,veterinary drugs and food additives.And there were 111 samples positively detected with a total detection rate of 56.35% for chemical contaminations.From the farm market,one egg sample exceeded the standard of doxycycline and one ostreatus sample exceeded the standard of mercury.In the market store,one egg sample exceeded the standard of mercury.The other 194 samples were up to standard,with a total qualified rate of 98.48%.Conclusion The safety risk of chemical contaminations of market food in Yulin was high and at a controllable level.It is necessary to increase the numbers of samples collected from market food and restaurants and strengthen the monitoring and supervision of chemical contaminants in food.
