摘要
目的:探讨PBL及TBL教学法在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及对医师睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年8月于解放军第一七四医院外科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员50例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用传统临床教学法,观察组采用以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)结合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学法,比较2组培训后学员知识考核评分及教师对学员的评价及睡眠质量改善。结果:观察组培训后外科理论知识、技能操作、病历书写、临床综合能力及睡眠质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外科住院医师规范化培训中应用PBL结合TBL教学法,可有效提高规培效果,有助于提高住院医师的综合素质及睡眠质量,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the application of PBL and TBL teaching method in standardized training of surgical residents and its effect on sleep quality of surgeons.Methods:A total of 50 students who received standardized resident training in surgery department of our hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,25 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method,while the observation group adopted the problem-oriented teaching method(PBL)combined with the team-based learning method(TBL),and compared the knowledge assessment score of the trainees and the teacher′s evaluation of the trainees and the improvement of sleep quality.Results:After the training,the experimental group had higher surgical theoretical knowledge,skill operation,medical record writing,clinical comprehensive ability and sleep quality score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with TBL teaching method in the standardized training of surgical residents can effectively improve the effect of planning and training,help to improve the comprehensive quality and sleep quality of the residents,and is worthy of application.
