摘要
介绍了上海仁济医院科研综合楼迁建工程中的BIM应用情况,提出了针对设计和施工阶段难点的解决方案,并探讨了BIM在医院科研楼建设项目中的巨大价值,为未来此类建设项目的全生命周期管理提供参考。
It introduces the application of BIM in the relocation and construction of the Scientific Research Complex of Shanghai Renji Hospital,proposed solutions to the difficulties in the design and construction phases,and discussed the great value of BIM in the construction project of the hospital research building,provides reference for the full life cycle management of such construction projects.
