摘要
地铁工程施工过程沉降控制要求高、施工结构紧张、开挖断面多,仅依靠力学性能检测不仅效率低,而且会造成一定程度的破坏。弹性波法锚杆无损检测是基于弹性波在一维杆中的传导理论发展而来的具有快速检测、适用性强等优点的计算技术,满足地铁随机抽检的要求,可以及时发现质量问题,为施工工艺的优化提升提供指导。本文从锚杆无损检测原理出发,结合在地铁中实际应用的案例,对该技术的准确率和适用性作出分析评价。
The construction of subway project has such characteristics as its time limit is tight,its settlement control is high,its excavation distance is long,and its difficulty is great.The traditional mechanical property detection method is not only inefficient,but also can cause damage to the main structure.Nondestructive testing of rock-bolt is based on the theory of elastic wave conduction in one dimension rod.It has the advantages of convenience and universality,it can timely find the construction quality problems,and guide the optimization of the construction process.In this paper,we analyze the principle of nondestructive and verify it in practical engineering,and then evaluate the reliability of this technology.
