摘要
由于传统的体外循环设备故障发生率较高,对患者的治疗造成一定的影响,因此研究一种用于心脏科自动监测的体外循环设备。此次研究主要对体外循环设备模块设计,体外循环设备模块中传感器为体外循环设备提供温度数据采集功能;A/D转换芯片主要处理体外循环设备信号;控制器主要为体外循环设备提供监测功能。在此基础上,对体外循环设备功能模块设计,该功能模块通过设计临界值为设备提供自动定标功能,以此完成了用于心脏科自动监测的体外循环设备的设计。实验对比结果表明,此次设计的用于心脏科自动监测的体外循环设备比传统设备故障发生率低,具备实际应用意义。
Because of the high failure rate of traditional cardiopulmonary bypass equipment,which has a certain impact on the treatment of patients,a kind of extracorporeal circulation equipment for automatic monitoring in cardiology department is studied.This research mainly focuses on the design of the extracorporeal circulation equipment module,the sensor in the extracorporeal circulation equipment module provides temperature data acquisition function for extracorporeal circulation equipment;A/D conversion chip mainly processes extracorporeal circulation equipment signal;the controller mainly provides monitoring function for extracorporeal circulation equipment.On this basis,the function module of cardiopulmonary bypass equipment is designed.The function module provides automatic calibration function for the equipment by designing critical value,thus completing the design of external circulation equipment for automatic monitoring in cardiology department.The experimental results show that the failure rate of the designed external circulation equipment for automatic monitoring in cardiology department is lower than that of the traditional equipment,and it has practical application significance.
