摘要
目的:观察刃针联合美式脊椎矫正疗法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将72例符合诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准的颈性眩晕患者随机分成两组,治疗组36例采用刃针联合美式脊椎矫正疗法,对照组36例采用电针颈夹脊联合推拿治疗。观察两组患者临床症状疗效、治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分及TCD检测指标。结果:对照组总有效率为91.7%,治愈率为58.3%;治疗组总有效率为100%,治愈率为87.1%。两组患者的治愈率和总有效率比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗前、后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分,两组组内比较分值均有提高(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前、后平均血流速度Vm检测指标,对照组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组组内比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:刃针联合美式脊椎矫正法治疗颈性眩晕,疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of edge needle combined with chiropractic therapy in treatment of Cervical vertigo.Methods:72cases of Cervical vertigo according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group by needle combined with chiropractic therapy and the control group byelectroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with tuina therapy,36cases in each group.Before the treatment and After 2courses,the therapeutic effect,"dizziness symptom and functional assessment scale"and TCD examination were conducted to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood circulation speed in vertebral artery.Results:Thecure rate is 87.1(and effective rate is 100(in the treatment group,better than the control group,whose cure rate is 58.3(and effective rate is 91.7(.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Indexes of the two groups in the dizziness symptoms and function assessment scale increase,and treatment group is better than control group.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Indexes of the two groups in TCD cervical vertigo improvete,and treatment group is better than control group.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The edge needle combined with chiropractic therapy gain the apparent better efficacy on cervical vertig in comparison with electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point with tuinamaking it worthy of clinical popularization and application.
