摘要
临床实践教学是培养合格医生的关键。随着医学的飞速发展,传统教学模式已无法满足现代医学教育需求,教学方法需要不断改革更新。基于问题的学习法(PBL)能够提升医学生解决临床实际问题的能力;应用标准化病人(SP)能够加强实际操作和医患沟通能力,PBL联合SP教学在欧美的医学教育中已被广泛采用,并成为我国现阶段医学教育改革的热点。此文分别概述了PBL教学法与SP在国内外的发展历程和研究现状,总结了PBL教学法与SP联合应用在我国临床见习、实习、住院医师规范化培训中的研究进展及存在问题,为PBL教学法与SP联合应用于我国临床实践教学提供参考,对我国医学教育改革提供有益的借鉴。
Clinical practice teaching is the key to train qualified doctors.With the rapid development of medicine,traditional teaching methods are no longer meet the needs of modern medical education.Teaching methods need to be continuously reformed and updated.Problem-Based Learning(PBL)has the advantage of improving the ability of medical students in solving clinical problems.Standardized patients(SP)has the advantages of promoting ability of practical operation and strengthening doctor-patient communication.PBL combined with SP have been widely used in medical education in European and American countries,and have become one of the hot spots of medical education reform in China at present.This paper outline the development of PBL and SP at home and abroad,summarize its research progress and existing problems in clinical noviciate,internship and standard training for residents in China.It provides beneficial reference for the application of PBL combined with SP in clinical medical education in China,and useful reference for medical education reform in China.
