摘要
目的评价预防保健与康复护理干预对老年高血压患者血压水平等方面的影响。方法选择本院2017年6月-2019年6月收治的老年高血压患者(n=130),进行随机分组,对照组采取常规护理,试验组配合应用预防保健、康复护理干预。结果试验组、对照组老年高血压患者护理满意度(98.46%vs 84.62%)、遵医率(96.92%vs 76.92%)、疾病知识掌握度(96.92%vs 76.92%)、收缩压[(121.60±4.20)mmHg vs (138.60±5.30)mmHg]、舒张压[(70.05±2.50)mmHg vs (86.20±3.30)mmHg]、生活质量[(93.7±3.6)分vs (85.5±3.3)分],P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论老年高血压患者药物治疗期阶段预防保健、康复护理干预整体效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effects of preventive health care and rehabilitation nursing intervention on blood pressure of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods The elderly patients with hypertension(n=130) who were admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly grouped. The control group was taken routine care, and the experimental group was cooperated with preventive health care and rehabilitation care interventions. Results The nursing satisfaction of elderly hypertensive patients in the test group and control group(98.46% vs 84.62%), compliance rate(96.92% vs 76.92%), disease knowledge(96.92% vs 76.92%), systolic blood pressure [(121.60 ± 4.20) mmHg vs(138.60 ± 5.30) mmHg], diastolic blood pressure [(70.05 ± 2.50) mmHg vs(86.20 ± 3.30) mmHg], quality of life [(93.7 ± 3.6) points vs(85.5 ± 3.3) points], P < 0.05, the differences were statistical significant. Conclusion The overall effect of preventive health care and rehabilitation nursing intervention during the drug treatment stage of elderly patients with hypertension is remarkable.
