摘要
快餐是现代服务与新的饮食理念相结合的产物,在世界范围内得到了较好的推广。目前,快餐已经成为了饮食业非常重要的组成部分。本文对我国中式快餐设备的现状进行分析和研究,并针对加快中式快餐机械设备发展提出对应策略,有利于促进我国中式快餐向着现代化、专业化的方向发展。
Fast food is the product of the combination of modern service and new diet concept. With the introduction of commodities, it has been well promoted in the world. At present, fast food has become a very important part of the catering industry. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of Chinese fast food equipment, and puts forward countermeasures to accelerate the development of Chinese fast food machinery and equipment, which is conducive to promoting the development of Chinese fast food towards modernization and specialization.
