超薄罩面沥青混凝土应用与发展综述 被引量:32

摘要 针对超薄罩面实体工程在铺筑时存在的原材料选择、技术性能指标及要求不合理等问题,梳理了国内外主要国家超薄罩面规范,对比评价了技术指标要求及级配范围,结合实体工程应用调查,给出了超薄罩面沥青混凝土原材料、级配范围和技术指标要求建议,为超薄罩面沥青混凝土的工程应用提供参考。结果表明:超薄罩面层厚宜为20~25 mm,采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymers,SBS)改性沥青,沥青用量为4.8%~5.3%,粘层油选择阳离子改性乳化沥青;推荐技术性能指标要求为浸水马歇尔试验残留稳定度不小于85%、冻融劈裂试验残留强度比不小于80%、动稳定度不小于3000次/mm、弯拉应变不小于2500με、构造深度范围为0.8~1.5 mm。确定合理的原材料、技术指标及性能参数,对实体工程的质量至关重要。 In view of the problems such as the selection of raw materials,technical performance indexes and unreasonable requirements in ultra-thin overlay physical engineering,this paper reviews the specifications of ultra-thin overlay in main countries at home and abroad,comparing and evaluates the technical index requirements and grading range,and gives the suggestions on the raw materials,grading range and technical index requirements of ultra-thin overlay asphalt concrete based on the application investigation of the physical engineering.It provides a reference for the engineering application of ultra-thin overlay asphalt concrete.The results show that the thickness of 20-25 mm for ultra-thin overlay is recommended as general application.The styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymers(SBS)modified asphalt of 4.8%-5.3%is suggested for producing the ultra-thin overlay asphalt mixtures.Tack coat is recommended to utilize cationic modified emulsified asphalt.In addition,the technical performance requirements of residual stability ratio of immersed Marshall test ≥85%,residual strength ratio of freeze-thaw split test ≥80%,dynamic stability ≥3000 times/mm,tensile strain ≥2500με,and texture depth within 0.8-1.5 mm are proposed as recommended indexes.The determination of reasonable raw materials,technical indicators and performance parameters is critical to the quality of physical engineering.
