摘要
目的观察舒筋活络汤对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的神经根型颈椎病痹证型患者84例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各42例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用舒筋活络汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、麻木、颈椎功能(NDI)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒筋活络汤治疗神经根型颈椎病痹证型效果良好,可有效改善患者炎性因子水平,促进颈椎功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effects of Shujin Huoluo decoction on cervical vertebra function and quality of life in patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods 84 cases of patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis of arthromyodynia type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,42 cases each.Control group was given routine treatment,treatment group was treated with Shujin Huoluo decoction on the basis of contrel group.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),numbness and neck disability index(NDI)of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-1(IL-1),serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-)in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Shujin Huoluo decoction is good on nerve root cervical spondylosis of arthromyodynia type,which can effectively improve inflammatory factors levels,promote recovery of cervical vertebral function,and improve the quality of life.
