摘要
依据纤维原料的热熔黏合性和草种发芽对纤维网孔径的需求,确定选用以聚丙烯/高密度聚乙烯皮芯型复合纤维为主材、孔径在850μm的水刺非织造布包覆草种,并利用研发的植生纱加工设备开发一种管状植生纱。通过草种生长对比试验得出:种植35天后,直接种植长出的草苗高度约为94 mm,而管状植生纱中长出的草苗高度约为106 mm,且呈条带状均匀生长。管状植生纱的草坪种植方式在草苗高度和均匀性方面有明显优势,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
According to the hot melt adhesiveness of fibrous material and the grass seeds germination requirements on the pore size of the fiber web,the spunlaced nonwovens with PP/HDPE sheath-core composite fibers as the main materials and the pore size at 850μm was selected to cover the grass seeds.And a kind of tubular planting yarn was exploited with developed planting yarn processing equipment.Through the comparison tests of grass seeds growth,it was obtained that,after planting for 35 days,the height of grass seedling directly planted was about 94 mm,while the height of grass seedling by the tubular planting yarn was about 106 mm,and these grass seedlings grew uniformly in strips.The planting means with the tubular planting yarn had obvious advantages in grass seedling height and uniformity,which had board market application prospect.
