摘要
目的分析皮损组织Cx26蛋白含量及信使RNA表达与寻常型银屑病(PV)患者皮损面积和严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分的关联性。方法2018年7月-2019年7月选取本院PV患者60例作为研究组,另选同期健康体检者32例作为对照组,分析皮损组织Cx26蛋白、信使RNA水平与PV患者PASI评分的关联性。结果研究组Cx26蛋白含量及信使RNA表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组轻度患者Cx26蛋白含量及信使RNA表达水平低于中度,中度患者Cx26蛋白含量及信使RNA表达水平低于重度(P<0.05);经Spearman分析可知,PASI评分与Cx26蛋白含量(r=0.625)及信使RNA表达水平(r=0.541)存在明显正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论PV患者Cx26蛋白含量及信使RNA表达水平与PASI评分密切相关,可作为评判疾病进展、预后指标,为临床治疗提供指导依据。
Objective To analyze the correlation between Cx26 protein content and messenger RNA expression in skin lesions and the area and severity index(PASI)scores of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,60 PV patients in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 32 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group to analyze the correlation between the level of Cx26 protein and messenger RNA in skin lesions and the PASI score of PV patients.Results The levels of Cx26 protein and messenger RNA expression in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of Cx26 protein and messenger RNA expression in mild patients in the study group were lower than those in the moderate group,and the levels of Cx26 protein and messenger RNA expression in the moderate patients The level was lower than severe(P<0.05).According to Spearman analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between PASI score and Cx26 protein content(r=0.625)and messenger RNA expression level(r=0.541)(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of Cx26 protein and the expression level of messenger RNA in patients with psoriasis vulgaris are closely related to PASI scores,which can be used as indicators of disease progression and prognosis and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
