摘要
试验建立饲料中甲醛的高效液相色谱的测定方法。采用乙腈-正己烷溶液提取试样中甲醛,2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生,C18色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测。饲料中甲醛添加量为2~20 mg/kg时,回收率91.0%~99.6%。定量检出限为2 mg/kg。该方法精确度高、检测灵敏,可用于饲料中甲醛的检测。
A method for the determination of formaldehyde in feed by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Acetonitrile was used to extract formaldehyde from the sample,derived from 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,and separated on a C18 column.detected by a UV detector.When the formaldehyde in the feed was in the range 2~20 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 91.0%~99.6%.The limit of quantification was 2 mg/kg.The method has high accuracy and sensitive detection,and can be used for the detection of formaldehyde in feed.
