摘要
小儿哮喘是儿科常见的反复发作性的肺系疾患,临床主要表现为喘促气急、喉间痰吼哮鸣、呼气延长,甚则不能平卧、呼吸困难、张口抬肩、摇身撷肚、口唇青紫,严重者可有生命危险,给患儿和家长的身心造成负担,并给家庭带来经济压力。穴位敷贴作为一种外治法,以其简单、安全、经济、有效的优势而被广泛应用。笔者经过查阅文献,对近10年来穴位敷贴防治小儿哮喘的临床和实验研究进行归纳和综述,总结不同干预方案下穴位贴敷的临床疗效以及穴位贴敷实验研究的最新进展,以供参阅。
Pediatric asthma is a common recurrent lung disease in pediatrics.In clinic,asthma can promote shortness of breath,sputum roar and wheeze in throat,and breath can be prolonged,even unable to lie on your back,have difficulty breathing,open your mouth and shoulders,shake your body and pick up your stomach,and make your lips blue and purple.Those who are serious may be life-threatening,which will cause a burden on the body and mind of children and their parents,and bring economic pressure to the family.Acupoint application,as an external treatment method,is widely used in hospitals and small and mediumsized medical institutions all over the country because of its simple,safe,economic and effective advantages.After consulting the literature,this paper summarized the clinical and experimental studies of acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma in the past 10 years,and summarized the clinical efficacy of acupoint application under different intervention schemes and the latest progress of acupoint application experimental research for reference.
