摘要
目的探讨抚摸护理在婴儿断离母乳时间和体格生长中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月~2019年1月我院收治的66例婴儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组采用日常看护,观察组采用抚摸护理。比较两组干预8个月后盖茨尔评分、体格发育指标(头围、身长、体重)、每日睡眠时间及断离母乳时间。结果观察组大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、社会行为评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头围长于对照组,身高高于对照组,体重大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组每日睡眠时间、断离母乳时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚摸护理对婴儿断离母乳时间和体格生长有积极的影响,可改善婴儿的盖茨尔评分,促进发育,延长每日睡眠时间和断离母乳时间。
Objective To explore the effect of applying touch nursing on the weaning time of baby′s breast milk and physical growth.Methods A total of 66 babies who were admiteed to our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.By random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33).The babies in the control group received daily nursing,and in the observation group,they were provided with touch nursing.The Gatzel score,physical development indicators(head circumference,length,and weight),daily sleep time,and weaning time from breast milk after 8 months intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The baby′s gross motor score,fine movement score,adaptive ability score,language score,and social behavior score in the observation were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The head circumference was longer than that of the control group,length was higher than that of the control group,and weight was greater than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The daily sleep time and weaning time in the observation group were both longer than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The touch nursing has a positive effect on the weaning time and physical growth in babies.It can improve the baby′s Gatsel score,promote the development,and extend the daily sleep time and weaning time.
