脱硫废水在含尘烟气中喷雾蒸发试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了采用喷雾蒸发试验台在含尘烟气中喷雾蒸发脱硫废水,考察了烟气中飞灰质量浓度、烟气流动速度和温度、喷雾流量对雾滴完全蒸发距离的影响,以及废水喷雾蒸发对烟尘比电阻的影响,建立了液滴蒸发动力学模型,并采用该模型解释了飞灰质量浓度、烟气流动速度和温度等对雾滴蒸发速度的影响。结果表明:飞灰质量浓度可显著提高雾滴蒸发速度,缩短雾滴完全蒸发距离;提高烟气流动速度会加快雾滴蒸发;但雾滴移动速度加快会加大雾滴完全蒸发距离;随烟气温度升高,液滴蒸发速度提高,雾滴完全蒸发距离缩短;喷雾流量越大,雾滴完全蒸发距离也会延长;随废水喷雾流量增大,飞灰比电阻略有升高。 The spraying and evaporation process of desulfurization waste water in flue gas was investigated by a spraying-evaporation experimental system.The effect of dust content,flue gas speed and temperature,spraying flow rate on evaporation distance,as well as the effect of wastewater spraying on specific resistance of dust were examined.The effects were explained by building droplets evaporation dynamic model.The results show that the dust in flue gas can improve the evaporation speed of droplets and shorten the evaporation distance.The higher flue gas speed,the evaporation distance is longer,while the higher flue gas temperature,the evaporation distance is shorter.With a higher spraying flow rate,the evaporation distance is longer.The specific resistance of dust increases with a higher spraying flow rate.
