摘要
新时代面对经济全球化、价值多元化的世界局势,亟需构建具有亲和力的高校思想政治教育。思想政治教育"亲和力"源于教育主体之间的自觉尊重、认同与向往,是"教"与"学"之间化学反应的集中表达。在高校思政课堂中,亲和力主要来源于思想政治教育从业者施教内容的真理性及其自身的人格魅力,它直接反映了学生对思想政治理论的接受度、满意度以及思政教师对学生产生的影响力、引领力,是一种能够吸引人、感染人、凝聚人、塑造人、引领人的力量。新时代提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力,首先要客观认识当前建设现状,进而从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法及教学评价等层面着力,推动思想政治理论课改革创新,不断增强思政课的亲和力。
Facing the world situation of economic globalization and value diversification in the new era, there is an urgent need to reform ideological and political courses in university education with affinity. The"affinity"stems from mutual recognition, respect and attraction between instructors and students, and it is a concentrated expression of the chemical reaction between teaching and learning. In ideological and political courses in university education, affinity mainly come from the truthfulness of teaching content and the personality charm of instructors, and it not only reflects students’ acceptance and satisfaction of ideological and political theories, but also the instructors’ influence and leadership on students. In short, affinity herein is an ability to attract, to influence, and to lead. In the new era, to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in university education, in the first place,the meaning of affinity and its necessity for improvement shall be illustrated, therefore instructors would have an objective understanding of the current status of the construction of affinity in ideological and political courses in university education. Then the instructors could adjust their teaching activities from the aspects of teaching theory, content, methodology and assessment to promote the innovation, and enhance the affinity of the ideological and political courses indeed.
