摘要
中国就业老年人口快速增加,但老年人就业的行业和人员结构存在问题。养老保障是老年人最重要的生活来源,对老年人就业有巨大影响。使用2014年中国老年社会追踪调查数据,构建养老保障对老年人就业的影响及其城乡差异的Logistic模型。分析发现:养老保障在整体上会抑制老年人就业;养老保障对城市老年人就业的负向影响更大。未来可以对养老保障体系进行优化,让老年人自由选择是否就业,同时鼓励高人力资本老年人充分发挥余热。
The number of employed older people is increasing rapidly in China,but there are problems with the personnel structure and the industry they are working in.Pension,the most important source of income for older people,has a tremendous impact on their employment.This research constructed Logistic models to estimate the impact of old-age security on the employment of older adults and its rural-urban differences on the basis of data from the 2014 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS).Results show that old-age security will inhibit the employment of the elderly as a whole,and the negative effect is even bigger in urban areas.It is suggested that the old-age security system be optimized in the future to allow older adults to choose whether to stay employed or not,and to encourage high-caliber older people to work after retirement.
