泽兰实蝇寄生对四川地区紫茎泽兰种子质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 泽兰实蝇为紫茎泽兰的专性寄生昆虫,被作为生防昆虫引入到多个国家和地区.为了解在我国四川地区泽兰实蝇的寄生对紫茎泽兰种子质量的影响,我们收集了四个种群被泽兰实蝇寄生和未被寄生的紫茎泽兰枝条上的成熟种子,比较种子千粒重,并在光照培养箱中萌发不同来源的紫茎泽兰种子,比较种子萌发特性的差异.结果显示1)泽兰实蝇的寄生显著降低了紫茎泽兰的种子千粒重.来源于泽兰实蝇寄生枝条的种子平均重量为(0.051±0.001)g/千粒,而来源于未寄生枝条的种子平均重量为(0.054±0.001)g/千粒,两组间具有显著差异(P=0.037).2)泽兰实蝇的寄生对种子的萌发率、发芽势、萌发苗的根长与芽长等萌发特性无显著影响(P>0.05).3)泽兰实蝇的寄生对紫茎泽兰种子千粒重及萌发特性的影响在不同种群中有差异,特别是对种子萌发特性的影响,在不同种群中有增加也有降低种子的萌发.总体而言,在目前的寄生强度下,泽兰实蝇并未显著影响紫茎泽兰种子的活力. P.utilis is an obligate parasitic insect of A.adenophora,which has been introduced into many countries and regions as a biological control insect.In order to study the effects of parasitism of P.utilis on the seed quality of A.adenophora in Sichuan Province,mature seeds of A.adenophora from parasitized and non-parasitized branches sampled from four populations were collected to estimate the one thousand seeds and compared them based on those two groups.After that,we germinated those seeds under light incubator,and compared the variation of seed germination of those two groups.The results showed that:1)The parasitism of P.utilis had significantly reduced the 1000-seed weight of A.adenophora.The mean weight of seeds from the parasitic branches of A.adenophora was 0.051±0.001 g/1000-grains,while 0.054±0.001 g/1000-grains of that from non-parasitic branches.There was a significant difference between these two groups(P=0.037).2)There was no significant effect of parasitism on germination rate,germination speed,root length and bud length of germination(P>0.05).3)The effect of parasitism of P.utilis on seed one thousand seeds weight and germination characteristics of A.adenophora was varied in different populations,especially on seed germination characteristics,which showed quite opposite response in different populations.In general,under the current parasitic density,P.utilis did not have significant affect the seeds'vitality of A.adenophora.
