摘要
中国足球归化作为新出现的体育现象,是全球化背景与周边经验共同促动的结果。经济上的理性选择、在本国或第三国机会资本的缺乏、体育竞技、寻求新的网络关系等因素,为归化球员提供了个体层面的微观动力,与代表国家文化软实力的顶层设计和体育强国深层理念践行的宏观动力一起,共同建构了中国足球归化的实践之路。在现实层面,中国现行《国籍法》的国籍政策与国际足联的相关规制之间关于归化球员身份合法化的制度分割,社会记忆与“强者”心态的心理阻滞衍生出的认同危机,竞技场域与生活世界的社会区隔相伴生的融合困境,共同形塑了中国足球归化实践的现实羁绊。为此,要从制度层面、意识层面与实践层面解决目前的问题,使归化政策在中国足球发展中发挥积极作用。
Based on sports globalization and neighbor experience,Chinese football as new social phenomenon begins football naturalization plan. Compared to traditional Chinese sport naturalization,football naturalization shows different changes about naturalization mobility forms,and sport items and so on. One hand,factors provided personal dynamic mechanism,for instance,rational choice in economy,absent chances in local or third country,sports competition,and searching new network.On the other hand,country top design requirement and the construction of aiming at sports power form pressure mechanism about Chinese football naturalization. Aforementioned two aspects inter-construct the road of practice about Chinese football naturalization. In practice level,the division between the policy about present Chinese Nationality Law and FIFA regulations about naturalization status,identity crisis caused by between social memory and strong mentality,and the inclusion trouble caused by social segregation between sports fields and life world configured realistic difficulties together. Above all,the naturalization practice of Chinese football is only transient plan and pragmatic choice on Chinese football development at present. In the future,Chinese football development still return the thoughts of the oriented to young football players,at the same time,pay attention to the promotion in Chinese domestic league,only in these ways,Chinese football will get achievement as soon as possible.
